Tasman Bay House Inspections is a privately owned Building Inspection company specialising in Pre-purchase and Pre-sale inspections, primarily operating in the domestic market within the Nelson, Tasman & the Golden Bay area.
Our intention is to provide clients with high quality written house inspection reports, providing as much detail as possible to all aspects of the dwelling using both visual assessment and electronic moisture detection.
The reports are accurate, un-biased and the inspections are carried out with integrity, giving due respect to all parties involved, whether they are real estate agents, purchasers, tenants or third parties.
Tasman Bay House Inspections is owned by Kendall Inglis, who brings over 15 years of experience in the building industry. Growing up in Motueka, Kendall has a deep passion for the Nelson Tasman area and all it has to offer.
